  • An incredible tornado lasts almost an hour and is quasi-stationary for it's lifecycle. Moving at an average of 4mph it is on the grouind for 57 minutes. Starting as “drill bit” tornado with intense but narrowly focussed winds the tornado was only rated an EF2 as it fortunately only hit trees and powerlines, though winds were likely much stronger than an EF2. In the detail a small horizontal vortices can be seen at the top of the tornado. Near Dickens, WellFleet & Wallace Nebraska
